Days LCA Closed

LCA is a year round school. We are open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We do have 12 designated days that the school is closed to observe the following holidays:

Day After Independence Day – July 4, 2011 (Monday)

Labor Day – September 5, 2011 (Monday)

Columbus Day – October 10, 2011 (Monday)

Veteran’s Day – November 11, 2011 (Friday)

Thanksgiving – November 24, 2011 (Thursday)

Day after Thanksgiving – November 25, 2011  (Friday)

Day After Christmas – December 26, 2011 (Monday)

New Years – January 2, 2012 (Monday)

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. – January 16, 2012 (Monday)

Presidents Day – February 20, 2012 (Monday)

Good Friday – April 6, 2012 (Friday)

Memorial Day – May 28, 2012 (Monday)

Emergency Closing

In case of local weather emergencies, LCA will follow the Monroe County School District Emergency Closing Schedule.

We will do our best to use our automated phone system to notify you of such closings and re-openings. Please be sure that the LCA office has the best number to reach in case of these emergency closings.
